2. Data we process
- Technical access data: IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser/device information, referrer, security and error data in server logs.
- Enquiry data: name, company, business contact details, manufacturer, part number, quantity, timing, destination, message and files voluntarily uploaded.
- Business and compliance data: information required to prepare quotations, perform contracts and check counterparties, end use, destination, sanctions and export-control requirements.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the website securely, respond to enquiries, prepare and perform contracts, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in IT security, abuse prevention, documentation and compliance. Where EU/EEA data-protection law applies, the principal legal bases are pre-contractual steps and contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests. Consent is requested only where a specific processing activity requires it.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for hosting, email, IT operations, professional advice or handling an enquiry, and to authorities where disclosure is legally required. The website form does not automatically transfer data to OLCF Corporation Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. If a specific enquiry requires coordination with the subsidiary or another overseas recipient, disclosure is purpose-limited and subject to the applicable information, legal-basis and safeguard requirements.
5. Retention
Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for operation, troubleshooting and security. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are generally deleted after 24 months unless an active clarification, abuse prevention, legal defence or statutory obligation requires longer retention. Contract, trade and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory periods.
6. Cookies, analytics and external content
The public website uses no analytics, advertising or profiling service and loads no Google Fonts or interactive third-party maps. Technically necessary WordPress functions for signed-in administrators are not part of public use. We do not make automated individual decisions or create visitor profiles.
7. Security and forms
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are filtered for automated abuse and recorded server-side to support reliable handling. Electronic communication cannot be made absolutely secure; sensitive documents should be sent only after prior coordination.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or object to processing. They may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. We may request evidence of identity to prevent unauthorised disclosure.
